Arguably the most beautiful time of the year to be in the mountains, the fall season is when the trees and vegetation begin changing colours in anticipation of the onset of winter. Finding areas rich with larch trees quickly becomes the main objective for many, as mobs descend in vast numbers to areas such as Lake O'Hara, Larch Valley, Taylor Lake, Healy Pass and Highwood Pass. However, there are many other places worth exploring at this magical time of the year.
